A rebar processing plant in Osaka has built a next-generation factory in Nara Prefecture and is scheduled to start full-scale operation in November. This next-generation factory put emphasis on automation, increase in speed, and reduction of heavy-duty work. In this factory, we successfully delivered and installed TFC-300SS and TBM-41-1AS. TFC-300SS is an automatic cutting machine designed to cut big reinforcing steels up to SD590-51mm, and TBM-41-1AS is an automatic bending machine designed to bend materials up to SD490-41mm. This customer plans to use them as a line specification by attaching the TS-V device that supplies the cut materials to the bending machine.
