Background to Introduction

In recent years, there has been an increase in the use of high-strength and large-diameter reinforcing bars in steel reinforcement work.
In particular, existing equipment such as SD490 required a reduction in the number of bars to be processed, resulting in low productivity.
In preparation for future increases in demand, we decided to introduce this machine, which is compatible with SD490.

Key points of introduction

① Capable of processing SD490/D41
② NC-controlled dimensions and angles
③ TLINKS-compatible machine
These three points are the main features.
Not only has processing capacity improved, but NC control now allows anyone to perform the same processing consistently.

Effects after introduction

One of the key points of introduction was that it became possible to process high-strength materials, and anyone can easily operate the machine using a touch panel.

In particular, by adding a QR code reader (※) and a piece counting device, we have been able to reduce human errors and other mistakes.

Additionally, when processing long anchors, the BSI-41Y4-V has a variable bending speed function, allowing for a “slow bending setting,” enabling safe operation.

Future Prospects

As IoT adoption progresses in manufacturing facilities, we aim to utilize TLINKS to build both actual processing data and hardware/system infrastructure, thereby achieving data-driven factory management.
We strive to be number one in every aspect of rebar construction, including quality and precision in rebar processing.
