“TLINKS-V”
This is TOYO’s IoT service. We collect performance data from our machines operating at our customers’ factories worldwide, store it in the cloud, and provide it to our customers.
We can also connect remotely to your machines for maintenance. We are developing a system to predict the timing of part replacements.
※ You can rest assured that your customer information is strictly managed in the cloud, so there is absolutely no risk of information leakage to third parties.
What TLINKS-V can do
- Monitor machine operation status.

“TLINKS-BOSS”
This is a “Rebar Processing Management System”. The system will eliminate errors and improve efficiency in rebar processing. This is an optional feature of the TLINKS-V, which is already available. It can be implemented immediately. This will improve your reinforcing bar processing facility quickly and cost-effectively.
