AUTOMATIC REBAR CUTTING MACHINE | TFC-MAV

･ TFC-MAV is an automatic rebar cutting machine capable of cutting and storing large quantities of rebar.

･ The length to cut can be set in 1 mm increments.

･ The dimensions can be easily set on the user-friendly touch screen.

･ It is easy to set cutting optimisation and where to store the cut bars.

･ Combination cutting of two lengths can be done from raw materials. (Four kinds of lengths are possible when used in combination with the automatic sorting and feeding devices.)

･ Three types of conveyor length are available: 8 m (feed-out side) x 9 m (feed-in side), 10 m x 10 m and 12 m x 12 m.

･ In combination with the automatic sorting and feeding devices TAS-II or TS-V, TFC-MAV can handle materials efficiently.

･ The cutting blade width is 225 mm, enabling you to cut 18 pieces of D10 at a time.

･ A number counter device is optional.

･ A QR code data reading device reduces processing setup time. (Optional)
