AUTOMATIC REBAR CUTTING MACHINE | TFC-LAV

･ TFC-LAV is an automatic rebar cutting machine capable of cutting and storing large quantities of rebar.

･ Cutting length can be set in 1 mm increments.

･ Dimensions can be easily configured via a user-friendly touch screen.

･ Cutting parameters and discharge location for cut bars can be easily set.

･ Combination cutting of two lengths can be performed from raw materials (up to four lengths when used with automatic sorting and feeding devices).

･ Three conveyor length configurations are available:
8 m (feed-out side) × 9 m (feed-in side),
10 m × 10 m,
12 m × 12 m.

･In combination with TAS-II or TS-V automatic sorting and feeding devices, TFC-LAV can handle materials efficiently.

･ With a cutting blade width of 300 mm, the machine can cut up to twenty-five D10 bars simultaneously.

･ A number counter device is available as an option.

･ QR code data reading device reduces setup time for processing settings. (Optional)
