･ TFC-300SSV is an automatic rebar cutting machine capable of cutting and storing large quantities of rebar.

･ The length to cut can be set in 1 mm increments.

･ The dimensions can be easily set on the user-friendly touch screen.

･ It is easy to set cutting optimisation and where to discharge the cut bars.

･ Combination cutting of two different lengths can be done from raw materials.

･ Three types of conveyor length are available: 8 m (feed-out side) x 9 m (feed-in side), 10 m x 10 m and 12 m x 12 m.

･ In combination with the automatic sorting and feeding devices TAS-II or TS-V, the TFC-300V can handle materials efficiently.

･ The cutting blade width is 300 mm, enabling you to cut 25 pieces of D10 at a time.

･ The number counter device is optional.

･ Compatible with high-strength rebar SD590 D51.

･ Supports the automatic feeding of materials up to 900 mm (TFC-LA:1250 mm).

･ A scrap material discharge unit is equipped.

･ Belt conveyor system adopted to reduce transport noise.
