･ TFB-XLV is a band saw cutting machine that improves dimensional precision without deforming the material surface.
･ This machine is capable of mass-producing cuts of 9 pieces of D51, large rebar and material grades over SD490. (Yield point: 490–625 N/mm², tensile strength ≥620 N/mm²)
･ Dimensions and cutting optimisation can be easily set on the user-friendly touch screen.
･ This machine improves the workability of pressure welding and is capable of cutting threaded rebar.
･ Bandsaw width is 600 mm, enabling you to cut nine pieces of D25 at a time.
･ Two types of conveyor length are available: 12 m (feed-out side) x 12 m (feed-in side) and 13 m x 13 m.
･ Remote control for starting the cutting process is optional.
･ A number counter device is optional.
･ A QR code data reading device reduces processing setup time. (Optional).
