･ TFB-LAV is a band saw cutting machine that improves dimensional precision without deforming the material surface.
･ This automatic rebar cutting machine can combine four lengths of raw material.
･ This machine can produce 9 pieces of D51, large rebar and material grade over SD490 in one go. (Yield point: 490–625 N/mm², tensile strength ≥620 N/mm²)
･ Dimensions and cutting optimisation can be easily set on the user-friendly touch screen.
･ TFB-LAV improves workability for pressure welding and is capable of cutting screw rebar.
･ The bandsaw width is 330 mm, enabling you to cut nine pieces of D25 at a time.
･ Two types of conveyor length are available: 12 m (feed-out side) x 12 m (feed-in side) and 13 m x 13 m.
･ Remote control for starting the cutting process is optional.
･ A QR code data reading device reduces processing setup time. (Optional)
