BANDSAW PRECISION CUTTING MACHINE | TFB-LAV

･ TFB-LAV is a band saw cutting machine that enhances dimensional precision without deforming the material surface.

･ This automatic rebar cutting machine can combine up to four lengths of raw material.

･The machine can cut 9 pieces of D51 large rebar with material grade SD490 or higher in a single operation (yield strength: 490–625 N/mm²; tensile strength: ≥620 N/mm²).

･ Dimensions and cutting parameters can be easily set via a user-friendly touch screen.

･ TFB-LAV improves workability for pressure welding and is capable of cutting threaded rebars.

･ With a bandsaw width of 330 mm, the machine can cut up to nine D25 bars simultaneously.

･ Two conveyor length configurations are available:
12 m (feed-out side) × 12 m (feed-in side),
13 m × 13 m.

･ Remote control for initiating the cutting process is available as an option.

･ QR code data reading device reduces processing setup time. (Optional)
