･ CS-185HBV is an automatic rebar cutting machine capable of combining two lengths of raw material.

･ CS-185HBV automates the laborious processes of material handling and discharging.

･ This machine is equipped with a special conveyor that reduces noise when feeding materials.

･ Rebar cutter (Model: MC-51) is equipped.

･ CS-185HBV can cut up to D38-SD490 (yield point: 490–625 N/mm², tensile strength ≥620 N/mm²).

･ The length to cut can be set in 1 mm increments.

･ Data can be input into the user-friendly touch panel.

･ Cutting blade width is 190 mm, enabling you to cut 16 pieces of D10 at a time.

･ Three types of conveyor length are available: 8 m (feed-out side) x 9 m (feed-in side), 10 m x 10 m and 12 m x 12 m. ”

･ A QR code data reading device reduces setup time for processing settings. (Optional)
