AUTOMATIC REBAR CUTTING MACHINE | CS-185HBV ~FORTIS~

･ CS-185HBV is an automatic rebar cutting machine capable of combining two lengths of raw material.

･ CS-185HBV automates labor-intensive processes such as material handling and discharge.

･ This machine is equipped with a specially designed conveyor that reduces noise during material feeding.

･ A rebar cutter (Model: MC-51) is installed.

･ CS-185HBV can cut up to D38 SD490 (yield strength: 490–625 N/mm²; tensile strength: ≥620 N/mm²).

･ Cutting length can be set in 1 mm increments.

･ Data can be entered via a user-friendly touch panel.

･ With a cutting blade width of 190 mm, the machine can cut up to sixteen D10 bars simultaneously.

･Three conveyor length configurations are available:
8 m (feed-out side) × 9 m (feed-in side),
10 m × 10 m,
12 m × 12 m.

･ QR code data reading device reduces setup time for processing settings. (Optional)
