2003: Joined Mori Steel Co., Ltd.
2010: Obtained Second-Class Reinforcing Steel Construction Technician certification.
2015: Obtained First-Class Reinforcing Steel Construction Technician (Construction Drawing Creation Work) certification and completed training for Registered Reinforcing Steel Core Technicians.
In 2017, obtained First-Class Construction Management Technician certification,
and in 2020, assumed the position of Representative Director of Reiwastal Co., Ltd.
With the establishment of a new factory, we introduced a number of machines.
When introducing the machines, we received advice on the characteristics and comparisons of each machine, and they cooperated by adjusting the delivery schedule to meet our desired timeline as much as possible.
We felt that the ability to link with the calculation software was a good feature. Another major point was that we could entrust repairs to this overseas manufacturer with peace of mind.

I like that it is suitable for short cuts and can handle not only large but also small jobs.
TRB-10-5Ⅱ
I like that it can bend both up and down, allowing it to handle various shapes.
Another good point is that it has improved processing efficiency by enabling automatic and easy bending of items that were previously bent using a single bending machine.
TBC-16RBⅡ
When processing small parts or complex shapes, we used to cut small amounts of rebar with a single cutting machine and then bend it with a bending machine. However, this machine can perform cutting and bending “almost automatically” once inputted, greatly improving efficiency.
What used to require two people for cutting and bending can now be done by one person.
The fact that anyone can use it is also a positive point.
We have the personnel to operate the machine, which has the capacity to process 3,000 tons per month, so we plan to run the factory at full capacity and increase our shipment volume compared to the current level.
