How can I request a catalog?

The catalog lists the materials that can be processed by the rebar processing machine, but what should I do if I want to process (cut or bend) materials other than those listed?
Materials with a hardness lower than the specified range can be processed within the specified number of simultaneous processing units.
Conversely, materials with a hardness exceeding the specified range are evaluated based on their impact on the maximum capacity of the rebar processing machine.
Please confirm the type of rebar processing machine, the diameter and material of the rebar to be processed, its processing shape and dimensions, and then contact us.
What is the operating voltage of the product?
Our machines basically operate on three-phase 200/220 V (50/60 Hz) power.
Some standard machines are also available with 400 V specifications.
For overseas specifications or for information on using transformers, please contact our sales staff.
What is “large R bending”?
Large R bending is mainly used for anchors in civil engineering projects and refers to processing with a radius (r) that greatly exceeds the normal bending radius (4D to 6D). To perform large R bending, special components (such as specially shaped support rollers and force arms) must be installed on the bending machine. Generally, the diameter is based on 20 times the rebar diameter, so for D25, a large R support roller with a diameter of φ500 is used. Note that the maximum bending angle for large R bending is 90 degrees.
The drawing specifies “r=500.” Which machine should be used for processing?
For r=500, processing is performed using a large-radius support roller with a diameter of φ1000 (r=radius, φ=diameter). The machine capable of handling this processing at our company is the B-52S.

Our automatic rebar cutting and bending machines use compressors.
Please perform inspections in accordance with the instruction manual attached to the machine. In particular, oil, drain, element and safety valve inspections must be performed daily.

Please lubricate the cutting machine before use. (Depending on usage frequency, 1 to 2 times per day)
For the bending machine, please apply grease to the bending rollers.

Can round bars be processed?
In cutting operations, the hardness of the round bar being processed may result in poor cut surfaces. In bending operations, the hardness of the round bar being processed may prevent it from bending to the maximum bending angle of the rebar bender.
Please confirm the model of the rebar processing machine, as well as the diameter, material, processing shape, and processing dimensions of the round bar being processed, and contact us for further information.
Can flat steel be processed?
Basically, we determine this by comparing it with the maximum capacity of the rebar processing machine.

Can pipes be processed?
We are sorry, but we do not handle products that can be cut or bent.
Can it be powered by a generator?
When using a generator, issues such as capacity may arise. Please consult us.
Please explain the roller diameter notation (4D/5D/6D) for bending machines.
It indicates the bending value (radius) of the reinforcing bar.
‘D’ refers to the diameter of the reinforcing bar, and “4D” means four times the diameter of the reinforcing bar. For example, when bending 13mm rebar using 4D, the minimum bending radius (radius) is 52mm. Our bending machines are equipped with “support rollers” in 4D, 5D, and 6D sizes, depending on the hardness and diameter of the rebar being processed. During processing, the “support roller” serves as the inner diameter, so a slightly smaller size is used.

What should I do if repairs or maintenance are needed on holidays?

The bending machine does not move at all even when the power is connected.
Some of our models use a phase reversal prevention device in the control magnet switch.
If the motor does not rotate after connecting the wires and pressing the push-button switch, please switch two of the three wires (excluding the ground wire) around.
Regarding the rebar cutter, the blade does not descend even when the cutting clutch is pulled.
Please check the rotation direction of the large gear.
In the standard specifications of our C series and MC series, the large gear is located behind the cutting clutch (pull handle). It is necessary to adjust the rotation direction so that it turns counterclockwise. To change the rotation direction, swap two of the three wires (excluding the ground wire (green wire)).
If it still does not operate after performing the above steps, please contact us.
Regarding the bending machine, it cannot perform bending processing even though it is within the specified range.
(Example: Bending rebar made of SD390 material with the B-40SⅡ rebar bender)
(1) Are you using the appropriate ”support roller”?
For example, for D32 rebar, a 5D φ160 support roller is required. Using a support roller with a smaller diameter will cause excessive load and prevent bending.
(2) Is the power cord too long?
If the power cord is too long, voltage drop occurs, preventing full power output. The power cord length we recommend is 10m. If it exceeds 10m, use a thicker power cord than specified in the manual.
(3) Is the V-belt loose or damaged? Open the door cover to inspect the V-belt. Check for any looseness or damage.
If it is loose, tighten the V-belt adjustment bolt to remove the slack. For details, refer to the instruction manual.
(4) If none of the above apply, repair is necessary. Please contact us.
I want to replace the motor (in response to the top-runner motor regulation).
Additionally, due to the top-runner motor regulation, there may be cases where the standard efficiency motor (IE1) previously used is replaced with a top-runner motor (IE3).
How do I reset the thermal relay?
A Thermal relay is a control device located inside the control panel, as shown in the photo. It controls each motor. When the thermal relay is activated due to overload, reset it by following the steps below.
